I have resided in the beautiful Pacific Northwest for nearly three decades, first working professionally as an emergency room Registered Nurse and now as a real estate agent. I believe I’ve been able to find success in both professions because of my ability to think critically and adjust my approach when necessary, but also because of my innate compassion for others, and being loyal and diligent to their individual needs.
Living and working in the Stanwood-Camano Island area has given me a unique perspective on real estate. I am your neighbor first; vested in this community and the wonderful, friendly people who call it home. I understand the intricacies of this market, how buying and selling in and around our island community is unique to any other in the region, and have a deep knowledge base when it comes to strategizing an approach that best suits your short- and long-term needs. I would love help you navigate your next real estate adventure in this area.
In my off-time, I enjoy helping people by volunteering with The Warm Beach Therapeutic Horsemanship program. I also love hiking, golfing and spending time with my family.
When you’re considering buying or selling a piece of property, it’s vital that you have a good, communicative relationship with your broker. This is why I work hard to be a good listener, and why I invest a good amount of time in each and every one of my clients. There are a lot of things to think about when you’re considering a big move: the type of neighborhood you want to live in, your daily commute, and even family planning. As an experienced broker, I can help you find the perfect fit for your ideal lifestyle.
I’m Pam Whims, and I would be happy to work with you on your real estate goals.

Fun Fact: I have parachuted 13,500 feet, bungee jumped, and zip lined in Mexico all in an effort to cure my fear of heights -- it didn’t work, I’m still terrified!
My favorite thing about Camano Island: The beauty and tranquility of the island.
